Requesting Data Deletion

If you have previously shared personal information with WinLine India (through our contact form, email, or other communication channels), you may request deletion of that data at any time.

How to Request

To request deletion of your personal data, please contact us using any of the following methods:

What We Delete

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will remove:

• Your contact information (name, email, phone)
• Messages and communications you have sent us
• Any analytics data directly attributable to you

Processing Time

We will process deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. You will be notified once the deletion is complete.

Exceptions

We may retain certain information where required by law, for legitimate business purposes (such as dispute resolution), or where we have an ongoing contractual obligation.
