1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the WinLine India website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
WinLine India provides custom software development, consulting, design, maintenance, and migration services. All services are governed by individual agreements between WinLine India and the client, which may include additional terms specific to each engagement.
3. Intellectual Property
Custom software developed for clients under a signed agreement is the intellectual property of the client as per the terms of that agreement. WinLine India retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of any engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the business relationship.
5. Limitation of Liability
WinLine India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tezpur, Assam, India.
